I grew up around the written word and in high school worked in the family business, Leonard Publications, where I managed the firm’s email marketing. I have worked in business development, sales, and account management since college.
From face-to-face lead generation for a solar company, to selling office equipment door-to-door, to cold calling while working in the data center and transportation sectors, I have a broad sales and marketing background—and my communication skills are an asset in delivering a message that resonates with and for my clients.
On the volunteer front, I have been assisting my college fraternity’s advisory board for several years, editing letters that inform alumni of the philanthropic, recruitment, and scholastic work and accomplishments of Virginia Tech’s TKE chapter.
In 2021, I launched Craig Thoughts to aid business owners and salespeople in their communication and promotional efforts. Since then, I have had the privilege of helping numerous people hit sales goals, attract new clients, get promoted, and offered better jobs.
One of the biggest joys of my work is partnering with people who are great at their work, yet hardly known. After working with these individuals, they have gone from undiscovered and underappreciated to where they want to be.
